Hello there, it’s Cassie back with another tutorial for you! Today I’ve made these sweet little tags that the recipient can easily use as an ornament after the gift is opened. So, it’s like two gifts in one! To make these shaker tags you’ll want to follow these instructions:
Step 4. To make one tag, you’ll need to die cut 10 more cloches with the centers in order to have the polished border for your shaker. Adhere all 10 using some Avery Elle Liquid Glue. You could also skip this step and use foam tape instead.
Step 5. Spray Distress Oxide Sprays in the colors Chipped Sapphire and Seedless Preserves onto some Distress Watercolor Paper. Spritz it with shimmer spray if you’d like as well as some water. Then use the large Cloche die to die cut your night background.
Step 6. Stamp ‘To:’ and ‘From:’ onto the back of your background.
Step 7. Die cut a snow bank with one of the Cloche dies.
Step 8. Use some liquid glue to start adhering your tags starting with your background on the bottom, then your snowflake, then your 10-stack border.
Step 9. Glue your Copic colored image to the inside and sprinkle some Distress Mica Flakes on the inside.
Step 10. Die cut the large Cloche die out of some acetate and adhere that to the front of you tag, and now adhere your Copic colored Cloche image to the front.
Step 11. Finally, you’ll cut some Lawn Fawn Red Sparkle Hemp Cord to be about 8 inches long. Fold that in half, and then stick it through the top of your tag, and finish it off with a knot.
