Easter Card Inspiration with Lawn Fawn

Posted by Jennifer Evans on

You might be thinking to yourself right now, Easter Cards? Why not, when they can be so cute so easily with Lawn Fawn stamps and dies! Using nothing but Lawn Fawn, ink, and maybe some Copic Markers for that extra splash of color, it’s never been easier to give an Easter basket that extra dose of charm. If you’re not an Easter celebrator, just send a Happy Spring card! No one is ever upset at having received a card. Plus, with stamps and dies it doesn’t have to be a card that you’re creative. You can dress up your scrapbook pages or binder covers for the season. You can even just create artwork to put on display, it doesn’t matter what you’re making, just get creative! Scrapbook Pal has all the Lawn Fawn stamps you need to make your crafts eggstra special this year. That said, if you are creating a card or two, with help from the creative minds of tsb.702 and solyciela, here are some inspirational ideas for your very own Easter cards!

Tiffany’s Epiphanies, true to form, has created not one but three extra cute Easter cards. Her first card works for the whole season in fact, so if you’re too late to make it for the holiday, you don’t celebrate Easter, or you just love the season, show that special someone you care with a Spring Card!

Tiffany’s next card is sure to bring a smile to the cat lover’s face. The background is amazing too, accomplished using what she calls the “smooshing” technique. If that doesn’t make you want to get crafty I don’t know what will.

Some Bunny is always cute (and Lawn Fawn is pretty cute too), but Tiffany’s 3D look here takes it over the top. The way those carrots are tucked into the hills makes this card really seem to hop off the page. Textured cards are the best, right?

Our final piece of inspiration comes from Megan, with a masterpiece of a multi-paneled, pop out Easter eggstravaganza (I promise that’s the last pun). Check out the way she combines Lawn Cuts Grassy Border, Extra Sentiment Banners, and brand new Peekaboo Backdrop dies with the Easter stamp sets. It’s like looking into the cutest Easter Diorama it’s so three dimensional. It’s time to stop gushing and show you the card:

Thanks to Megan and Tiffany’s Epiphanies for sharing their beautiful work with us, and Happy Spring from ScrapbookPal! The seasons are starting to change once again, and as the flowers start to come out and the trees start to bud... make sure you open a window when you craft. For all things crafting and scrapbooking, from Copic Markers to Lawn Fawn stamps, we’ve got you covered!
