Lawn Fawn Pinata Birthday Card

Lawn Fawn Pinata Birthday Card

Posted by Tracy Schneiders on 21st Oct 2020

Let's make this adorable birthday card!

I started out by stamping out all of my images onto white card stock purchased at my local craft store.

Next I colored all of the images, creating subtle shadowing, using only two shades per color.

Then I use the coordinating dies to cut the images. I set those aside and started on my background. I used two of the Lawn Fawn stitched Hillside borders, cutting one with yellow cardstock and another with orange.

Then, using white card stock, I started on my cloud background. I used Lawn Fawn cloudy stencilmemento ink and an ink blending tool to stencil a cloudy scene. To accent it, I used a grey metallic paint with water and a toothbrush to create a speckled effect.

Then it was time to start assembling. I glued my hillside borders to the cloudy background and then my images to the scene. After gluing the scene to a A2 size orange card panel, I glued it all to a card base.

That's it! If you make this card, please tag me @craftwithme101 so I can see how great you did! Thanks for stopping by!
