Thanks A Latte! Pumpkin Spice Season Card by Joan

Posted by Joan Kinnischtzke on

It’s still pumpkin spice season so how about a cute Thanks A Latte card! This card uses some fun stamps, dies and paper from Lawn Fawn.

First I stamped some cocoa mugs and leaves with the Lawn Fawn Thanks a Latte stamp set and colored them with Copics. The colors used are: E34, E50, YR12, YR15, YR18, BG01, BG15, BG18. I gave the leaves a little extra shimmer using the Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen

After die cutting the mugs and leaves with the coordinating die set.

I also cut a background with the Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Windows dies. The background paper is from the 6 x 6 Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Chill paper pack. Love that the teal color is really versatile for any season when paired with rust!

For the sentiment I colored a swatch of white cardstock with the same Copic YR18 so the colors exactly match. Then stamped it with the Thanks a Latte stamp from the same set and trimmed it down to size. The font in this set has a fun bit of whimsy to it.

Lastly I assembled the card using foam tape to pop up the cocoa mug and the sentiment. The leaves were so fun to arrange fluttering down around the card.

Hope you enjoyed this card today – and don’t forget to enjoy more pumpkin spice before the season is gone!
