Interactive Piñata Card by Mona

Posted by Mona Toth on

Hello crafty friends, it's Mona here, and today I am showing you how I made my interactive Lawn

Fawn card.

Step 1:

I started the cardmaking with die-cutting and fussy cutting. First, I made lots of frilly decoration parts

from colored cardstock then I made the shadow box part with the Lawn Fawn Shadow Box Card Lawn

Cuts. You will need to Die-cut one piece of pull part from the Double Slider Surprise Lawn Cuts.

Step 2:

I added a clear acetate inside the card. It's measurement is 3.75" by 2.75" (so the acetate needs to be

as tall as the shadowbox and 0.5" wider than your shadowbox front). The next step was the scoring (score the acetate sides by 0.25"). When it's done you can adhere it to your shadow box as usual.

Step 3:

Next, you will need a clear bag for the magic. Cut a 1.5" wide and 6" long peace from it and adhere it together.

Step 4:

For the moving part you will need a sentiment (this goes inside to your clear bag) and you will need a

colored critter like my cute piñata. This goes outside. When it's done, you can adhere your bag

around the clear acetate then adhere your pull part behind your sentiment with 3D adhesive.

Step 5:

When it was done I embellished my card with tiny colored elements and added a heat embossed sentiment.

Thank you very much for reading through my post, I hope that you have enjoyed it and I have

inspired you! If you like my creations let's be friends on Instagram. :)
