Step 1:
Cut out a stitched rectangle out of white cardstock.
Add some Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass Ink to your white cardstock piece with a blender brush. As shown below.
Step 2:
Cut out piece of car as follows:
Car back end and dash in white.
The strings for the tin cans.
Black - tires and steering wheel
Top down in charcoal gray
Windshield, rack, bumper, rear view mirrors, taillights, gift bow and tin cans from silver foil cardstock.
Another set of taillights and the can labels from red.
Patterned paper is for the gift box.
Step 3:
Assemble the car. Make sure you adhere the steering wheel to the windshield piece before adding the dash.
Step 4:
Adhere the red can labels to the tin cans and then to the strings. One end to the can and the other under the bumper of the car.
Step 5:
Stamp Congratulations at the top of your white rectangle piece and adhere it to a black cardstock layer and then to the A2 card base.
Step 6:
If you want the trunk to open and snap close then use a piece of the charcoal cardstock to make a back piece to the trunk so you see it when you open it rather than it open to the card layer.
Adhere the magnetic snap.
Step 7:
Add some more gifts if desired.
Adhere the car to the card with thin foam squares.
Step 8:
When the card is all assembled I added some Nuvo Crystal glaze to the taillights and rear view mirrors for dimension.
I added some iridescent bubbles for a finishing touch with my glue tube. And there you have it!
