Lightly tap the powder over your desired surface, use the Light Mist Spray Bottle to add water and then watch the color infuse. You can also mix the powder straight with water and brush to produce a sparkling metallic water based paint. Absolutely Beautiful

this is first time I have tried Nuvo. Usually use Ken Oliver Color Bursts. The blacks and greys that this produces is gorgeous. I can see using this as background to formal heritage photos and sympathy cards. You probably wouldn't think you would use black a lot . . . . but think again.
