I had much better results making the card in reverse order. First adhere the clear window panel, add elements, and then adhere the back of the card. With the envelope, they end up being very thick (parcel rate $2.45).
Followed the instructions and got all my elements inside the card. When I went to place the clear sheet over the top, the static caused most of it to "jump" up and cling to the plastic sheet. I then tried a little anti-static powder in each of the forms but that didn't help. I ended up with a mess. I'm going to try making the card backwards next time. Adhere the clear window first, add the elements and then add the back of the card.
